STRENGTH & BALANCE

THIS CLASS IS FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO IMPROVE THEIR BALANCE & STRENGTH.

IT IS SUITABLE FOR THE OLDER PERSON AND THOSE WHO HAVE HEALTH PROBLEMS THAT WOULD BENEFIT FROM THIS CLASS.

STRENGTH CLASS

THIS CLASS IS SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO INCREASE OR MAINTAIN THEIR GENERAL STRENGTH.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO STAND WITHOUT SUPPORT.

YOU WILL NEED A RESISTANCE BAND OR WEIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE.

If you haven't participated in one of my online classes before please use the contact form on this website stating your name, email address, phone number and which class you are interested in.

I will then send you a health questionnaire.

Please complete the questionnaire and return via email.

​

Once you have been accepted into a class you will be sent a zoom invite to the next available class.

payment is by bank transfer and payment must be received no later than 2 days after the class you have attended. If no payment is received it will be assumed that you do not want to continue with the class and you will not be sent any further invites.

Details of where payment is to be made will sent to you when you have been accepted into a class.
