THIS CLASS IS SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WHO NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR STRENGTH & BALANCE. THE CLASS INVOLVES SEATED & STANDING EXERCISES THAT ARE TAILORED TO YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS. FLOOR EXERCISES ARE ALSO USED BUT ARE OPTIONAL. YOU CAN BE REFERRED TO THIS CLASS BY YOUR G.P. OR OTHER HEALTH PROFESSIONAL BUT YOU CAN ALSO CONTACT ME DIRECTLY.

TAP DANCING CLASS 3.00pm - 4.00pm

THIS TAP DANCING CLASS IS DESIGNED FOR BEGINNERS TO IMPROVERS IN THE 50+ AGE GROUP. THE LEVEL TAUGHT RANGES FROM BASIC SHUFFLE TO ADVANCED TIME STEP. TAP DANCING IS A GREAT WAY FOR IMPROVING FITNESS AND CO-ORDINATION AS WELL AS BONE STRENGTH.

THIS IS A GYM BASED CLASS DESIGNED FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE HEART CONDITIONS. THE AIM IS TO HELP IMPROVE & THEN MAINTAIN THE FITNESS OF THE CARDIO-VASCULAR SYSTEM. EACH CLIENT WILL HAVE AN EXERCISE PROGRAMME TAILORED TO THEIR SPECIFIC NEEDS. TO ENABLE YOU TO ATTEND THIS CLASS YOU NEED TO BE REFERRED BY YOUR G.P. OR PHASE 3 CARDIAC INSTRUCTOR. YOU WILL THEN NEED TO BE ASSESSED BY A MEMBER OF THE "START UP" TEAM OR MYSELF.
