THIS IS A CLASS DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR TONING MUSCLES. HAND HELD WEIGHTS, REISTANCE BANDS & YOUR OWN BODYWEIGHT ARE USED TO STRENGTHEN & TONE THE UPPER BODY, LOWER BODY & CORE MUSCLES.
A SHORT WARM UP/AEROBIC SECTION IS USED BEFOREHAND TO PREPARE THE BODY FOR THE MAIN WORKOUT.
