THIS IS  AN EXERCISE TO MUSIC CLASS THAT IS SUITABLE FOR ANYBODY WHO LIKES TO KEEP FIT . EXERCISES USED WILL WORK YOUR CARDIO- VASCULAR SYSTEM AS WELL AS IMPROVING YOUR OVERALL MUSCLE & CORE STRENGTH

NO FLOOR EXERCISES ARE USED. YOU CAN BE REFERRED TO THIS CLASS BY YOUR G.P. OR OTHER HEALTH PROFESSIONAL BUT YOU CAN ALSO CONTACT ME DIRECTLY.

TO ACCESS THIS CLASS YOU CAN BE REFERRED BY YOUR G.P. OR OTHER HEALTH PROFESSIONAL BUT YOU CAN ALSO CONTACT ME DIRECTLY

THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED FOR THOSE WHO ARE MOBILE BUT REQUIRE SOME REHABILTATION FOR CONDITIONS SUCH AS C.O.P.D. & C.H.D. ASWELL AS THOSE WHO HAVE HAD JOINT REPLACEMENTS. IT IS ALSO SUITABLE FOR THE OLDER PERSON WHO WANTS TO INCREASE THEIR FITNESS. TO ACCESS THIS CLASS YOU CAN BE REFERRED BY YOUR G.P. OR OTHER HEALTH PROFESSIONAL BUT YOU CAN ALSO CONTACT ME DIRECTLY.

THIS IS A GYM BASED CLASS WHICH IS FOR PEOPLE WITH HEART CONDITIONS. ACCESS TO THIS CLASS IS VIA G.P. REFERRAL OR TRANSFER FROM CARIAC PHASE 3.

THIS IS A CLASS DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR TONING MUSCLES. HAND HELD WEIGHTS, REISTANCE BANDS & YOUR OWN BODYWEIGHT ARE USED TO STRENGTHEN & TONE THE UPPER BODY, LOWER BODY & CORE MUSCLES.

A SHORT WARM UP/AEROBIC SECTION IS USED BEFOREHAND TO PREPARE THE BODY FOR THE MAIN WORKOUT.
